About Us

PropDox is an on-demand legal solution provided by Lematics (Pty) Ltd.

We realised that businesses want legal solutions on-demand when they need them and at a cost effective price. They don’t want to pay large upfront fees for something that they might not use. Business want to pay as they go and get legal solutions just in time to solve their problem.

As a result, Lematics was started in 2006 and uses technology to provide legal services to businesses faster and cheaper. The legal knowledge engineers at PropDox use Internet based technologies to transform the way legal services are provided by standardising, systematising and commoditising legal services. In particular, Lematics focuses on the assembly of legal documents in real time that are customised specifically for the needs of its customers.
