0.05 percent of the rental (including VAT) for the initial period of the Lease. Minimum fee of R195 per agreement. So for example, the PropDox fee for a Lease Agreement for an industrial property of 250 square meters leased for a period of 5 years at R35 /sqm escalating at 10% is R365. |
Sale of Property Agreement (made up of an Offer to Purchase Property and Sale of Property Terms) for your property and purchaser. |
0.02 percent of the purchase price (including VAT if any) of the property. Minimum fee of R195 per agreement. So for every R100 000 of purchase price the PropDox fee is R20. So for example, the PropDox fee for a Sale of Property Agreement for a property sold for a purchase price of R1 000 000 is R200. |
Sale of Equity Agreement (made up of an Offer to Purchase Equity and Sale of Equity Terms) for your property and purchaser. |
0.04 percent of the purchase price (including VAT if any) of the equity. Minimum fee of R195 per agreement. So for every R100 000 of purchase price the PropDox fee is R40. So for example, the PropDox fee for a Sale of Equity Agreement for equity sold for a purchase price of R500 000 is R200. |
