PropDox Tour

Take a tour of PropDox to get a feel of how it works and how it can benefit you.

Access PropDox

• Access PropDox at any time over the Internet through Mozilla's Firefox, a free web browser similar to Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Firefox is faster and more secure than any other browser making it the perfect tool to access PropDox. Firefox is open source and based around web standards. Firefox is a free download from Mozilla and is approximately 6MB in size.
  
• You do not need any other specific software or hardware which means no updates or maintenance is required. Simply login to PropDox at http://propdox.b4biz.com from any computer with an Internet connection.

The Dashboard

• Stay in control through the dashboard that gives you an overview of the system on one screen. Keep an eye on your tasks, events and alerts and see graphical representations of progress made.
• Access the different components of PropDox through the tabs along the top.

Your Properties and Premises and the parties involved

• Create lists of all your properties, including all the relevant details. Use this information in multiple documents without having to re-input, data preventing errors and saving time.
• View the full details of any properties by clicking on the hyperlink. Edit or delete an entry at any time - if you have permission. Export any data, into a spreadsheet for example, at any time for use in other applications.

Customised documents

• Access all your documents under the Documents tab. Access the documents customised for your properties and the generic templates under the sub-tabs on the left hand side.

• Add a new Offer to Lease by simply following the web based interview which guides users through the information required and options available to generate an Offer to Lease.

• Download or print the generated document in real time ready for signature. A copy is also stored in PropDox for future reference. Scan and upload the original signed version of the document into PropDox for record purposes.
• All documents are generated and stored in Adobe's PDF format. PDF Reader is a free download from Adobe and is approximately 25MB in size.
  

• Store and access generic templates in one central location and prevent old templates being used.
